Biography

As Vice President of Human Resources, I lead a team of HR professionals whose focus is to partner with business leaders to drive initiatives that align Paylocity’s people strategy with its business goals. Our aim is to act as trusted consultants who help form and implement a strategy that continues to keep its people at the core.

I bring over 20 years of global HR experience to the team. Most recently, I served at Clarivate (formerly part of Thomson Reuters), where I held key roles across HR disciplines, including HR Business Partners, People Relations, HR Enablement, and Operations. My career has also included extensive experience in M&A, allowing me to navigate complex integrations and create seamless transitions for employees. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about creating meaningful change that supports employees and strengthens organizational performance. I hold a bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Messiah College and an MBA in Organizational Management from Drexel University.

If I’m not working, you’ll often find me at home in New Jersey thinking up new home projects (much to my husband’s dismay).
